Our dog Milo's first visit there went very well, the staff was friendly, the place was clean and you could see the dogs being worked on openly, not hidden like many places. Our groomer listened to how we wanted him cut for summer and did just that. Also, right on time, she said two hours and it was on the money; this is our new groomer for sure. The only thing they could improve, if at all possible, is the entry. They are busy, so it gets very crowded at the front door and people and their dogs are shoulder to shoulder when dropping off and picking up.
